I’ve given this local coffee shop three chances—three!—and not once have they managed to serve me a hot coffee. Every time, it’s lukewarm at best, borderline cold at worst. How hard is it to heat up milk properly? I’m not pointing fingers—maybe it’s poor management, maybe the steam wand is just for decoration—but I learned to use one as a teenager, and somehow, I got coffee steaming hot every single time. So, really… what’s the excuse? At this point, I think I’ll just save my money and make coffee at home. At least I know it’ll be hot.
It’s Not Just Me
A quick look at online reviews tells me I’m not alone. People complain about the same issues—long wait times, inconsistent service, and, of course, barely warm coffee. But the real kicker? There’s no way to leave feedback online. No review forms, no suggestion box—your only option is to complain in person. And we all know how well that usually goes.
Meanwhile, I’ve walked past this place and seen milk poured straight into the bin, the contents leaking all over the pavement. Clearly, I’m not the only one unimpressed.
Time to Move On
At the end of the day, a coffee shop that can’t serve hot coffee isn’t worth my time or money. If they don’t care enough to fix something as basic as temperature, why should I keep giving them chances? I’ll be sticking to homemade coffee from now on—at least I know it’ll be worth drinking.
